The Humboldt Workforce Coalition
The Humboldt Workforce Coalition (HWC) provides assistance to Humboldt job seekers looking to increase their employability. The HWC office is at 2420 Sixth Street in Eureka and is open to the public 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. The lobby computers are available first come first serve.
Friendly staff are available to help you with:
- Resume assistance
- Mock interviews
- Job searches
- Soft skill development
Additional services are available after registering with CalJOBS and completing the Common Application. Services may include:
- Education funding for certifications
- Paid work experiences
- Supportive services (work clothing, transportation assistance)
