This CalHome-sponsored program provides subsidized loans for Owner-Occupied Rehabilitations to homeowners to make essential repairs to their homes. Loans are available for low-income households in the unincorporated areas of the County. Stick-built and manufactured homes may be eligible. We call these "OOR Loans".
