The following Humboldt County roads are flooded:
- Meridian Road from mile marker .5 to .9
- Dillon Road from mile marker .2 to .4
- Goble Lane from Fulmor Road to Dillon Road
- Cannibal Island Road
- Crannell Road, near the intersection of Dows Prairie Road
- Mad River Road in the area of Tyee City at mile marker 2.25
- Goble Lane from Sage Road to Fulmor Road
The following Humboldt County roads are closed:
- Coffee Creek Road
- Dillon Road from the intersection of Goble Lane to the end of Camp Weott Road
- Dillon Road from Goble Lane to Port Kenyon Road
