Maple Creek Road is now open to one-way traffic, 7 miles from Blue Lake at mile marker 6.4. Beginning Monday, Jan. 19, travelers should expect up to 15-minute delays. 

The Humboldt County Department of Public Works is in the process of repairing Maple Creek Road due to storm damage.

Travelers are asked to drive slowly and follow all traffic control signs in the project area. Thank you for your patience while repair work is in progress.

Report an Issue on a County Road

Humboldt County roads need a lot of work and Humboldt County Public Works acknowledges residents may encounter a maintenance issue on a county-maintained road. Community members are encouraged to submit a service request if they experience a maintenance issue. A request for service on a county road may be submitted to the Public Works Department’s Roads Division by calling 707-445-7421 or placing a request for service online.
