Subscribers to COVID-19 text message notifications currently are not receiving alerts due to a bug caused by a recent update to the vendor’s system. Email notifications continue to be received.
The vendor that hosts the county’s website, CivicPlus, is working to resolve the issue, but there is no timeline for restoration of text message notifications. County residents are encouraged to subscribe to email notifications at humboldtgov.org/covidsubscribe until the issue is resolved.
